The team needed more than surface-level reporting — they needed to know which channels, pages, CTAs, and paths actually contributed to qualified leads, and where the experience created friction.
The challenge There was strong brand demand and valuable traffic, but no reliable operating system for understanding conversion paths. The tracking stack was affected by consent-mode restrictions, platform discrepancies, and attribution gaps, so the first job was separating real conversion gains from measurement noise while keeping optimization moving.
The DataXGrowth approach We built the engagement around four connected workstreams. Analytics & tracking accuracy: GA4/GTM cleanup and conversion-trigger fixes restored alignment between web analytics and the marketing-automation system, plus durable server-side tracking (CAPI) to reduce dependence on browser-side signals. Lead-path CRO: tighter Contact-Us experience and more outcome-oriented CTA messaging aligned to the buyer journey. Homepage, product-page & personalization testing: messaging and navigation tests, with product-page updates driving a 195% increase in users reaching the Contact page, plus UTM-driven personalization. SEO/AEO/GEO: tying organic and AI-search visibility to conversion outcomes and first-party sourceability.
The results Over the latest 30-day readout, Contact View Conversion Rate reached 5.54% (up 91.9%) and Overall Contact-Us Conversion Rate rose 90.6%. Just as important, a rebuilt measurement foundation finally exposed what was actually driving leads — turning isolated page changes into a repeatable testing system.
