The company already had the ingredients of a strong organic engine: topical authority, clear product value, and a service that solves painful business workflows. The job was to turn that foundation into a more measurable growth program.

The challenge Three constraints held back an otherwise strong organic position. High-traffic pages weren't fully structured for modern SEO, AI Overviews, and answer-engine extraction. The program needed to prioritize commercially meaningful traffic rather than optimizing every ranking equally. And the site carried technical debt — broken links, duplicate title tags and meta descriptions, missing H1s, temporary redirects, and structured-data gaps.

The DataXGrowth approach We built the strategy around one principle: protect the organic authority that already existed, then improve the quality and conversion value of that traffic. That meant SEO/GEO content optimization on already-visible pages (better heading structure, answer-first intros, FAQs, comparison tables, source-backed references), AEO/LLM answer readiness, commercial-intent alignment around best-fit buyer personas and high-value workflows, a technical SEO foundation (performance, structured data, redirects, sitemap cleanup), and bottom-funnel paid search to capture and inform demand.

The results From January through June, Organic Search key events nearly doubled — up 95.2% YoY (330 → 644) — and the organic session conversion rate improved 84.3%. Total site sessions rose 11.4% and total key events 18.5%, while Paid Search key events grew 143%. The takeaway: not just more organic traffic, but materially more valuable organic traffic.

Challenge

Strong organic authority, but high-traffic pages weren't structured for modern SEO and answer-engine extraction, the program needed to prioritize commercially meaningful traffic, and the site carried technical debt — broken links, duplicate tags, missing H1s, redirects, and structured-data gaps.

Approach

Protect the organic authority, then improve its quality and conversion value — across SEO/GEO content optimization, AEO/LLM answer readiness, commercial-intent alignment to best-fit personas, a technical SEO foundation, and paid-search demand capture on bottom-funnel terms.
